Some spa facilities out of service!!! Room placement overlooking staff courtyard didn't provide desired peace!!! Manager's indifference to complaints was unsettling!!! Struggled to locate the hotel due to poor signage!!! No room upgrades despite low occupancy!!!

Recommend it for business trips
I stayed here with my team of eight, and we had happy hour every night. The bar was great, and the staff were always friendly, making the evenings quite enjoyable.
It wasn’t exactly cheap , but still acceptable.

the hotel had a charming facade but was sadly let down by its antiquated room and noisy surroundings. of course, I was also disappointed to see the spa facilities limited, maybe a little red carpet treatment woudl ve been nice, but clearly that’s just for the regulars. the schlosshotel is nestled in a stunning spot, right by a castle from the 1100s! the staff offered a warm welcome, and the breakfast buffet was impressive, with plenty of tasty options. we also enjoyed a massage at the onsite spa, which was a nice way to unwind.
